Greg Clendenning, Owner

Greg has been a resident of the Springfield and the surrounding area for most of his life. From an early age he founded and refined his skills as a craftsman working in residential construction, while pursuing a higher education from Missouri State University. After obtaining degrees in both accounting and finance, Greg went on to focus on the business side of Construction Management. Greg spent the next 20 years as a Franchise Consultant and Crew Trainer for a national outdoor surface cleaning and protecting company.

In early 2020, like many individuals, Greg found himself in the position of seeking an alternate career path. In a turbulent and uncertain job market, Greg was presented with a unique opportunity of taking over ownership of an existing wood crating business, Ozark Custom Crates. Greg’s lifetime experience of woodworking, construction and remodeling paired with his strong business management background proved to be the right fit. Today, he continues to make it his top priority and commitment to provide superior service to his existing and new customers while expanding the horizons of the business.

On a personal note, when Greg isn’t working hard on and in the business, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 20 years, 3 children and Lab-Pyreness “Porter.” He also enjoys camping, hiking, fishing, and being “Coach” of his boy’s basketball and baseball teams.
